At Home Magazine: Take a Seat

I’m so happy to be part of a feature in At Home Magazine called Room Service: Take a Seat.

I’m so happy to be part of a feature in At Home Magazine called Room Service: Take a Seat.  The feature demonstrates how five designers approach living room design in ways to perfectly suit their clients.  My featured living room design is for a Colonial in Greenwich.  The client wanted to give the room a modern feel, keeping some existing elements while adding new items and changing the color palette.  To read more about this project and to see how other designers work their living room designs, pick up the May/June 2016 issue of At Home in Fairfield County!

AtHome in Fairfield County: French Twist

I am so pleased to share an editorial featuring a recent project in At Home in Fairfield County’s September/October 2015 issue.

I am so pleased to share an editorial featuring a recent project in At Home in Fairfield County‘s September/October 2015 issue.  This editorial features a kitchen I designed for a long time client, someone who’s been with me since I started my career over eight years ago.  The benefit to a long term client relationship is that I’ve already earned their trust.  When we first talked about the kitchen, the client turned to me to say, “This is what we want,” gave me their wish list, and let me have carte blanche.  They were so open to everything I presented that there was very little tweaking between what came out of my head and the final design.  It’s so nice to see what’s possible when you develop a great client rapport over time.  Many thanks to At Home magazine for the feature!

Designers’ Houses in At Home Magazine

I was so happy to have my own home included in this feature!

At Home in Fairfield County recently released their Sept/Oct 2013 issue, which features the homes of 5 designers.  I was so happy to have my own home included in this feature!  With so much of my waking time spent focusing on the design of my clients’ homes, it was nice to take a step back to appreciate my own sanctuary and share it with someone else.

Natural Edge: At Home Magazine

When I recently worked with a family to turn their architecturally overdone Greenwich townhouse into more natural, pared down interior, I was thrilled with the result.

Helping my clients turn a residence into the perfect, thoughtful interior is definitely the best part of my job!  When I recently worked with a family to turn their architecturally overdone Greenwich townhouse into more natural, pared down interior, I was thrilled with the result.  The home is now much more suited to its inhabitants.  As an added bonus, this project has been featured in the May/June issue of At Home in Fairfield County.  Pick up a copy today to read more about this amazing project which was completed in a mere six weeks!
